A Duchess, a Scarf and a Dog
The Duchess of Cornwall is a great dog lover. She owns two Jack Russell terriers, Tosca and Rosie.
On 29 January, Camilla visited The Metropolitan Police Dog Training Centre in Keston, London.
There she met Gunnar, a 16-month-old German shepherd. It seems to be friendship at first sight between Gunnar and the high-profile guest. But then the dog wanted to get a royal souvenir and his choice was the smart woollen accessory which Camilla wore around her neck…
Good for the shepherd and his handler that the Duchess clearly found the incident quite amusing. When she left she said that she’d had a fabulous day!
