Was the hat worn by Camilla on the 2nd day of Ascot (the creme one) the same as what she wore for the Garter ceremony? If so, hats off to her (sorry could not resist the pun!) for recycling so efficiently

No it is not. The hat at Ascot was more bigger than the one at Garter.
