Here is a new and fresh place to sort out the royal events in the time to come. The old thread on the subject can be found here, if you wish to have a look back.

Please post news about expected births, christenings, engagements, weddings, funerals, and other "bigger" events that the royals take part in, in this thread, so that the rest of the members can get an overview - and know just when to turn on their television sets/log on to web-tv, to watch that special once-in-a-lifetime royal event. It's also important to remember to post the dates of the events, even if it is just an approximation.

Many thanks to the people who contributed in the previous thread, the contributions were greatly appreciated. I hope you'll continue to share the information in the same way that you've done previously, even in this new thread.

Don't forget to take a look at TRF's built-in calendar as well.

Have fun, and behave.

It has been posted on the Scandanavia Royal Message Board that the Queen is planning to gather the "strange knights" that are European Monarchs for the Order of the Garter this June in celebrations of HM's 80th Birthday, it might be but still no confirmation yet.
I think the big gathering next would be for the King of Thailand's Diamond Jubilee in June with Royals go there included: the Emperor of Japan, the King and Queen of Sweden, Prince Willem Alexander and Princess Maxima, Prince Henrik of Denmark, the Duke of York, Prince Albert II of Monaco, the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.
