The DRF don't use the place and considering the future (as of now) roles of Isabella, Vincent and Josephine, where there in any case will probably only be a role for Isabella, there really is no reason to think they intend to use it in the future either.
Even if Isabella get a full or part time role necessitating an official residence, there would be room for her at Amalienborg, Fredensborg, Marselisborg and even Gråsten.
