I really like that final outfit of the state visit. Reworking/ revisiting outfits is to be applauded.

I preferred the gown in its original form. I admire her for recycling and reinventing this, but Mary sets the bar so high that I think for a state visit this is a little disappointing.

The hat apart, the overall effect is rather severe. It reminds me of several outfits Princess Charlene used to favour a few years back. It’s a serious moment of commemoration so something slightly simpler rather than costume like might have been better.

I love to see Albert doing engagements with his sisters. It’s something that can be pretty rare with other royal houses. But I guess that’s partly because both Caroline and Stephanie are not formally with a partner.

A classic, refined look for the celebration of the Princess Grace Rose Garden (can’t believe it’s 40 years since this was created). I like the print of the black and white floral dress - she can wear a large print fabric without it swamping her.

I think this is a lovely suit and she looks very lovely. However, whether this is a good choice for this occasion I’m not sure.

Well I personally don’t have a problem with that. All three children are still very young. We do occasionally get pics of the whole family - usually outdoor shots, and footage when they participate in charity events. That seems to be a fair amount of exposure at this stage.

I like the shape of the jacket- it’s a bit different. A very good look.

It would be good to see a full view of dress 2. The first dress has a very heavily patterned print that overwhelms her . I liked the neat hairstyle on the first day. She appears to have very fine, flyaway hair so the way she’s styled it on the second day isn’t a particularly good look for her.

I like the dress very much. It’s flattering and feminine style. I think a black shoe would have worked better .

I’ve never come across this brooch before. Apparently it was previously worn by the Queen Mother. I love that the Queen is continuing to bring to light pieces that haven’t been worn for sometime.
