I think that the Emperor makes a State visit to the UK as opposed to the King paying a State visit to Japan is because the original Invitation was from the late Queen, and the State visit was not cancelled but rather postponed.

My guess for the SV from Japan ist that Queen Camilla will wear an all diamond tiara as the Japanese royals don't use jewels with colored stones. Hope for one she hasn't used before like Queen Alexandra's kokoshnik. For the Empress i hope she will debut the Chrysanthemum tiaras.

But then the other young Queen who has full Parures avaible to use is Máxima. Mathilde has only 2 necklaces which she has used with her biggest tiara for important State visits.

She has worn tiaras from the Family foundation before (when her own tiara was changed) so she has access to them. And she also wears brooches, earrings etc. from them foundations. This isn't the case in Denmark where Jewels are not shared at all, but each royal Lady only wears their own Jewels...

Yes that is a pity with the emerald necklace. The necklace over the gown would probably have worked better with a gown in a different color

The look good, but I have to say that I don't like the necklace of the emerald Parure worn over the gown as makes it difficult to see because the dress color is also green. Would perhaps have better worked with a gown in a different color-
