The dress itself is a bit unflattering and doesn't really hug Zara's figure; but the colour is nice and suits her.

Well, I think it is fine for an Ibiza wedding. The shoes are good. The hubby is meh at best. This actually flatters her below the waist. I would not wear it, but I frankly have seen worse on her.

I think in general she struggles to find a signature style and exploit it. But as she is a sports professional, I think that's really quite normal. Athletes have a real problem figuring out how to manage shoulders/muscles/proportion. There are plenty of examples. I like it that she at least has a personality that shows through and that a lot of the time she just has this great smile. I think she enjoys her life and that's an excellent look! Cup half full for me with Zara.
